The
Testing Process
The
process from start to finish takes about 75 to 120 days,
depending on the client's desired study period for candidates
(usually 60-90 days). Figures below and on the next page
illustrate the PROFILE test preparation process from start
to finish.

calculates desired study time and posts testing

executes test rental contract with Justex Systems,

Justex
provides study guides for distribution to all who
are eligible to test. |

Client
receives and reviews a preview 30 days out, followed
by test booklets and a test administration guide
five days prior to the test date. Candidates also
receive a second study guide 30 days out. |

administers and grades test (or Justex grades). |

returns all rental materials to Justex and receives
an invoice. |
