copy of exam for testing committee/administrator (15-20

questions from local references (policies, general orders,
etc.) selected by the client, if desired

to 50 test booklets provided by Justex

administration guide and key
- Candidate
study guide (master copy with permission to reproduce)
- Justex
responds in writing to written challenges (appeals)
of up to 20 questions
- Justex
facilitates acquisition of references needed by the
department/candidates
- All
expenses included (printing, mailing, etc.)

first-time clients and tests in use over 4 years)

and analysis of the survey

expenses included
- Report
provided to the client
- Valid
for 4-5 years
- Subsequent
revalidations are discounted
