The process from start to finish takes about 75 to 120 days, depending on the client's desired study period for candidates (usually 60-90 days). Steps 1-10 below illustrate the entire PROFILE test preparation process.

 

Step 1:

Client selects a test date 75-120 days in the future.

Step 2:

Client contacts Justex Systems, Inc.

Step 3:

Justex conducts a job task analysis and helps in selection of source material.

Step 4:

Justex determines availability of test source books.

Step 5:

Client calculates desired study time and posts testing date and source materials.

Step 6:

Client executes test rental contract with Justex Systems, Inc.

Step 7:

Justex provides study guides for distribution to all who are eligible to test.

Step 8:
Client receives and reviews a preview 30 days prior to the test date, followed by test booklets and a test administration guide five days prior to the test date. Candidates also receive a second study guide when the preview is delivered.

Step 9:

Client administers and grades test (or Justex grades).

Step 10:

Client returns all rental materials to Justex and receives an invoice.
